Lacus Clyne is a co-ordinator from PLANT which was originally engaged to Athrun. When she meets Kira, the two become closer. Lacus Clyne's father is Siegel Clyne of Z.A.F.T, and so when she helps Kira and is caught, the wedding between Athrun that was to happpen someday was ended. Lacus is a very kind person, and was a celebratiy, with her beautiful singing voice, for Z.A.F.T. She is constantly smiling and can be quite a leader when she needs to be. All Lacus wishes for is peace. Lacus was the one to give Kira the Gundam Freedom and she too plays an important part in Gundam Seed.
