Description

Stellar Loussier is a member of Blue Cosmos and loves follows her leader,Neo Ronoke. But Shinn cannot helps her while she crazy about Neo was defects by Kira and she killed by Kira. At least, she still can showing her love to Shinn and died at the lap of Shinn.
